villa comfortably sleeps 8 people and is ideal for families
or golfers alike. The bustling resort of Caleta de Fuste,

The villa incorporates a spacious,
bright open plan lounge with dining
area and patio doors leading to the
sun terraces and swimming pool.
Within the lounge, satellite tv, dvd player and Hi-Fi system are supplied
along with cooling overhead fans. |
| There is a separate, fully equipped, modern
kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer
and microwave. A kettle, toaster & filter
coffee maker are also supplied and the villa
is well stocked with plenty of crockery,
cutlery & glassware for entertaining.
Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room
which houses the washing machine and a
drying area. An ironing board and iron are
also supplied. |

In the master bedroom there is a
double bed with ceiling fan above,
fitted wardrobes, and a combination
safe for your valuables.
An en-suite bathroom adds to your
comfort and views of the private
terrace & pool area can be enjoyed
from the room.

each with co-ordinating twin beds and
containing built-in wardrobes and electric
fans.
A luxury, fully tiled bathroom services the
rest of the house guests. All bed linen & towels
are provided & changed weekly. Additional
maid service can be arranged on request.

x 4m swimming pool. The beautiful pool (overlooked by the
lounge & master bedroom) is surrounded by a large tiled
terrace with loungers and a solar shower. Adjacent to this
there is a dining table & chairs and a traditional Canarian
BBQ ideal for al-fresco dining. To the side of the villa a
staircase leads to a roof top terrace which allows private
sun bathing or dining with breathtaking views across the golf
course towards the ocean. With over 200 square meters of secluded
sun terrace in total there is plenty of room for everyone.
